The Constitution wasn't written to protect one political party over another. It was written to establish principles that outlast every election, every president, and every generation. The real question isn't whether we defend it when it's convenient. It's whether we defend it when it isn't.

Truth is not determined by loyalty or convenience. It requires the humility to follow evidence, even when it challenges our own beliefs.

Sometimes what unsettles us has nothing to do with the person in front of us and everything to do with the expectations we've carried for years. Growth begins the moment we're willing to question whether those expectations still deserve a place in our thinking.

Jesus welcomed the outcast, cared for the poor, and taught compassion above power. When our political loyalty overshadows His teachings, it is worth asking a difficult question: are we following Christ, or have we begun following something else?
